I woke up at 4:30 this morning with this idea in my head, and I had to write it down and get the BP community feedback - I love this platform!

Take some time and pick a market that you believe-in enough to invest in.Take a trip to Allentown and Scranton and talk with some local investors, agents, PMs, etc. and weigh the pros and cons of those markets.  

@Alex Olmo looked at one this morning.  

It has saved a ton of time with him still working while I make another trip to Lowes or something.To me, it's the best of both worlds, and I'm a farmer from WV and right on the eastern KY border.

I actually talked to a mortgage broker this morning to get all if the details.

(But, okay I have to admit, I also took 5 vacation trips with my wife since I left the corporate world lol).I have been an investor since 2010, but I am only an agent since 2016, so its a very fresh experience for me.

@Dylan Vargas - Thanks for the offer but I don't think you need to make any special trips to the property at this point.
