I don't know your experience level but if you're listing on FB marketplace (great place) be prepared for the "tire kickers".

I used to listen to the podcast but got tired of the same things being said repeatedly.  

I am sick and tired of all the wrong information circulating around everywhere.

Thank goodness that office has a bathroom and place you can lay down when your are tired of working.Just sayin

People are tired of being cold and not having as much opportunity so they're leaving the northern, western and northeastern states fairly quickly.

You want the kind of place that someone has owned for awhile and is tired of it.  

I know it's kind of harsh to kick a tenant out so I could move in but I'm just tired of paying high rents. 

I am even getting tired of sounding like a broken record.

Personally, I prefer an empty unit so I can pick my own tenants, but if it is a good tenant you may want to keep them.Landlords don't always sell just because a tenant is late or aggravating; sometimes they're just tired of being a landlord, need the cash for something else, or plan on retiring. 

@Ronald Laurion - similar experience here - back in 2013ff we rented our home in the summer in midtown on AirBnb and killed it - then we got tired of it - and the market flooded driving values down.
