It sounds like you found a property from a wholesaler but are looking to get comps on the property.How will the agent who will run comps get compensated?

If you are currently at say 80% LTV with the HML in place then you could do a rate and term for what are likely to be much more favorable rates than a cash out. 

The property was priced well under market value, allowing for immediate profit without renovations.

While there were no major challenges due to the property’s condition, we learned how valuable a well-established network and quick decision-making can be in completing fast, profitable deals.

Considering on taking advantage of the equity in my investment property instead of selling and would like to know what's out there to take into consideration for re-investment opportunities.

It will also most likely be my last year of playing baseball here as well.
