Generally I tend to assume great people are always busy so I try and check in with them once a week if we have something possible and once every day or two if something is active and ongoing. for more dormant relationships once every month or so just to check in.

Yes what you get for 200 to 300 is cheap but you get what you pay for.If these are medium to lower income tenants and not an affluent type area then handmade cabinets and a granite top I do not see it adding value.Medium to lower income tenants tend to "live hard" in a property.

., painting over brick is not really maintenance friendly, as moisture (winter) will tend to push the paint away from the brick, even with a good paint, not to mention if your painter only knows how to spread it and doesn't know which primer to choose.
