Probably won't be buying any real estate for a while, maybe 6 months, maybe two years, we'll see...There might be some opportunity in home building (high interest rates are causing sellers to hold on so new construction might make up a lot of what potential buyers have to choose from), and smaller multifamily (the ol' "tired landlord" or owners with maturing debt and no way out).

She wrote like 4 paragraphs in the review about having tired children and how I was b*tchy for not letting them come early (they always assume that it's me, when it's actually @Luke Carl lol.)Then in a different property last night they texted complaining that the hot tub was 89 degrees, and it clearly states in our listing that the hot tub is drained and refilled between each guest, so it might not be fully hot yet right at check in.
