I’m having one of those batches. A**holes that have decided they don’t like my properties before they even get there. Why they booked is beyond me. The worst part is I see it coming. Yet there’s nothing I can do.

There’s no point to this post other than to say stop being jerks people! Good vibes in the universe only please!

@John Underwood one girl left a 4 star review because we would not allow her to check in early so the cleaners would have enough time to clean. She wrote like 4 paragraphs in the review about having tired children and how I was b*tchy for not letting them come early (they always assume that it's me, when it's actually @Luke Carl lol.)

Then in a different property last night they texted complaining that the hot tub was 89 degrees, and it clearly states in our listing that the hot tub is drained and refilled between each guest, so it might not be fully hot yet right at check in. They insisted they "could not bathe." We suggested trying the shower lol.

Oh well, this is the business we have chosen. We have hundreds of 5 stars but it still stings when people leave dumb reviews because they are being ridiculous.
