Would that spot be worth a gas station/mini mart?

@Dan D.There's no water around the toilet and the toilet is caulked down.Do the three symmetrical, linear water spots tell you anything?

I assume that a title company would immediately spot and eliminate owner impersonation scams. 

Without getting too detailed about my circumstances, I am in a tough spot.

You are spot on as to bath fitter - at least per my research.  

For me, the sweet spot is more than a single family and less than 50 units.

We came to an agreement on the spot and I closed on the building 45 days later minus the brokers fees.

Atlanta- Solidly in a sweet spot with regard to growth and new supply, the market is enjoying strong growth in key sectors of the economy without the typical concerns about oversupply.The general consensus is strong growth and increased opportunity within the residential sector amongst the Top 5 markets (and beyond).

An AC leak can be hard to spot if the water was leaking behind a wall and soaking up into the flooring from below.
