Go find some successful property managers in your area that are using video and pick up some tips.Personally, I don't think you have to be fancy with fly-ins, catchy music, or other trickery.

I found out their job is fake, income is fake, they are professional tenant and they forged tenant insurance. they will not pay rent even they say they will, and my agent didnt check none of the paper work they submit now Im in deep hole.

We do have each tenant submit a separate application including background and credit check.
