The individual drain tiles were in really good shape, but two of them were disconnected, because 60 years ago they had been supported by some leftover construction lumber over a soft spot (instead of crushed stone, as supposed to).

i will even allot for variable BS and say 400 a month cash flow/5400 yearly with a ROI of 27%....i think i can get the property for under 20k but lets leave that to my stellar negotiating skills...ori can put down 20k on 100k home, mortgage with a 30 yr fixed.
