I always say a bigger shark will eat up a smaller shark a store may no longer sell a product when it goes out of business but if the demand remains another store will step up and sell that product

It's a 3/2 and I essentially went over anything and everything that could break - new light fixtures, new plumbing fixtures, p-traps, updated electrical to include GFCIs, new sewer line, cleaning of furnaces/hotwater tanks, new key code door knob, fixed the gutters, paint, flooring, switches, etc.

Looks like you have enough cash you don't even need to...I just wish I had years ago as the market tanked right after we bought our first house.
