Perhaps you have a lower ceiling, but the same could be said regarding extroverts and doing analysis, budgeting, organizing, planning and the like.

My goal is to create a real estate organization that builds capital and equity by syndicating deals for investors and then uses that capital as a means of continually building my own investment portfolio.

The kitchen was the trickiest part of the house due to a VERY poor original layout - but I did my best to make it the most functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen I could. 

As an organization operating across the U.S. and in 80 markets around the world, we often relocate people to the city.

They're a little tight but function well imo.

Generally what structure would be best suited for us to organize under?

Account Closed yup, just organized the San Fernando Valley group recently.

As such, I'm organizing several meetings at various restaurants as a meet up spot to go over specific topics.  

@Josh StackI hate to be the one to mention this, but internationally, organized crime does this carefully in well-chosen urban-residential pocket neighborhoods.

I'd love to find a spot in this stellar organization if possible.
