Bigger Pockets has definitely opened my eyes that financial freedom is obtainable and they have so much awesome information and tools, I'm about to go pro so i can start analyzing deals.I was thinking about wholesaling to start since i don't have a a lot of money to start investing.

This is where tortuous conduct arises, causing a loss for another party and where the seller sues the buyer for damages (and don't forget the damages to the seller's credit standing which can be very expensive.)Now, the remedy:You will need to obtain the seller's consent to assign your obligation to pay!

She sent me a retainer agreement and in that she listed the service she will provide which is as follows:"The legal services include the review of the contract of sale and any amendments to the contract, preparation for closing including obtaining necessary title work, preparation and review of closing documents, representation at the closing, recording of documents and obtaining the title policy for the buyer."
