Bigger Pockets has definitely opened my eyes that financial freedom is obtainable and they have so much awesome information and tools, I'm about to go pro so i can start analyzing deals.I was thinking about wholesaling to start since i don't have a a lot of money to start investing.

I'm trying to obtain a list of non owner occupant properties, or lis pendens.I've been to THREE different court houses trying to get these, and every single person I've talked to looks at me like I'm crazy and says there is no way they can put together a list for me.

I feel like I know this area well, and I have a few great local resources such as contractors, etc.What I am looking for is advice on obtaining a home UNDER market value.
