Getting lists from the court house

I'm trying to obtain a list of non owner occupant properties, or lis pendens.

I've been to THREE different court houses trying to get these, and every single person I've talked to looks at me like I'm crazy and says there is no way they can put together a list for me. They say I'm welcome to use the public records computer to look up individual cases.

I know this has to be bull, because plenty of other wholesalers get this list. Is there something more concise I need to be telling these people at the court house?!!? I'm so tired of hearing "no".

Thanks!
