There are many REIA-type clubs in Houston, but the organization that is associated with the National REIA is the RICH (Realty Investment Club of Houston) Club.

And of course, the amazing national events that they have just go to showcase that. 

One national company says we will do a 20yr land lease for approx 175-200 dollars per month, you dont touch anything.Another says 10 yr 1000 per year land lease.

I work in acquisitions for a national multi-family operator.  

Today I spoke to a known national note buyer and he said you can pay a local title company a fee to hold the original mortgage and contract.

They do a good job of describing the value we provide beyond points and interest.I would also highlight that we provide up to 70% ARV and the opportunity to get 100% Financing, including purchase, rehab and closing costs.

@Jason Roberts  you have the benefit of multi million dollar national add campaigns from the companies that sell training.. the focus of said training these days IS fix and flipI have been invited to 3 different national training company events in the last year I was over whelmed with folks who want to do JV deals... now its culling them out to pick the one's you want to work with. 

@Alfredo O.I assume you have found the large national level wholesalers - correct?
