@Cynthia Miller the eviction courts aren't even open right now, so not sure who is feeding you this info.Also, we've been doing evictions before the shutdown and are getting ready to start them again when courts reopen, and have not heard what you are stating.

I've had to tell myself, at those times, that the tenants are paying my investments off and that kind of helps me keep on keeping on with these properties.As we are shopping for our next investment we now build in management costs,that way we can be at arms length.I'd be interested in hearing feed back on this, but an added benefit, for me at least, that I'm finding when I force myself to build these costs in, the quality of investment seems to improve, and with that I feel it sets me up for a bigger success.PJ

The source of our data is through Core Logic or RealQuest.While there are many ways to get data, I feel that Core Logic is the industry standard for real estate mailer data for all types of real estate, since they have a direct feed from 98% of the approximately 3150 counties in the US.

Also, the MLS feeds to public sites such as Realtor, Redfin, etc, it just doesn't include all the data and not necessarily in realtime, but plenty to get a start on.

@Ken Jones - I would suggest you try and get your own real estate license, that way you are not relying on third party to provide you/feed you with information.
