Hello, everyone. I'm not getting much feed back on my discussions so I'm hoping someone will come with some kind of advice. I'm trying to learn as much as i can before I start my journey. There is a site, Alabama tax revenue, that I use to find the properties. I have found out how to find the address to these properties. I came across a property that I went to check out and I'm very interested in it. I filled out the application for it on the website. I'm guessing they will email me on Thursday with a quote and where to send the payments and they claim they will send the deed in the mail. Can anyone give me any advice on this. Anything helps, thanks!!!
