Sounds like a scam to me.I do have a TSP, but I no longer contribute to it.

It appears from recent discussions on this topic that you cannot reject someone with an ESA (even though it's usually a scam).

You bait and switch rent cost (you tried to do it to me from 1800 to 2500, but only after I scrubbed your place, patched the holes,  and completed half a full house interior paint- also as a contracted cleaner on your other clean jobs - you got thousands in free work just to scam us)Once we caught in to the scam and said we weren't interested in the new leasing terms you sprung on us after all that work and our own money,  you THREATENED TO HAVE ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS REMOVED FROM THE GARAGE AND CARS TOWED WITHIN 24 HOURS!!! 

Then you ignore it forever and hope that the PM company doesn't scam you, your tenant doesn't create a meth lab, the government doesn't indemnify it, on and on and on.  

Note to Account Closed and all other would be scam artists...If it looks like a pile of dung and smells like a pile of dung, odds are pretty good it ain't roses you're contemplating.The BP community is not as dumb as this guy seemed to hope it would be.  

Saved me $4k by not getting scammed by the dealership.All that aside, i paid cash for all of my vehicles.

@John S LewisOh, I'm all about the education.In my target area, I once bid on a property that had been involved in two scams by a slumlord.

Or they try to scam people.

I have a friend who has money, but he's not interested in REI, especially since he attempted to partner up with someone in a real estate investment some years ago and got scammed.

There are many scam ones that run a little brush through and charge you, but the reputable ones can fully scrub the ducts.
