Emotional Support Dog

I have gotten a request from a potential, asking me about allowing an emotional support dog.  JUST bought the property and its honestly not conduce to having animals due to the layout, its on a busy, non-fenced in street, and I'd prefer this to be animal/pet free. Suggestions on how to respond?  Thanks!!
