As you may already know, if the LLC structure you decide on is not able to be formed in your state, you can form it elsewhere and draft it in as a foreign entity.

There are ways to accomplish it but the DIY tax is high.I get that with infill lots but most of the land deals I am doing are 2 million and up.. so its not cheap to get them.. but its also just completely foreign to the concepts touted on bp..
