I would highly recommend hiring a designer for that one, even if it's just a virtual option.

I see two ways of attacking this: - Paid mentorship/training- Teach myself (YouTube videos, Reading, Trail by Fire basically) I am leaning towards the paid option because I do have the capital to pay for a program.

The only options for the 500 credit score is to apply to over priced properties where there are no higher credit score applicants.

There could potentially be an option for the heirs to assume the mortgage when the estate is settled.
