Hopefully I’m not too late to the game, wasn’t expecting to get a distribution from the syndication last year but things went well and ended up getting the first one in December, so now I’ve got to file because of UDFI.

I really enjoy analyzing deals and finally pulled the trigger, but now I’m playing the waiting game until I have enough capital for the next deal.

You really should have some skin in the game to start investing.

I recently completed real estate school in pursuit of a salesperson license but realized that path is not where I want to land (no pun intended), and have since shifted my focus onto the Investing side of the game. 

She has proven to be unreliable and I suspect that she is gaming the system.

The facts are different now, but the Fed talked a big game then reversed course pretty quickly when the plan wasn't working.

Rental real estate is a local game when it comes to things like you outlined in your post. 

But also be aware that some banks don’t like that either, they want to see that you have skin in the game.
