Well that time is upon me… About half-way through all the BP Podcasts, and have been reading every blog post and book I can get my hands on!

We are hopeful that we'll see 70% of rent come in on time, and will then message those that are late with a tailored letter similar to the one posted by Brandon Turner (https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/coronavirus-letter-to-tenants-from-landlord) . 

Nothing I can about those.I've been focusing on creating content for my website and blog, which takes up a lot of time.

Have you ever given a tenants deposit back too early and then discovered damages upon further review?

In the next few days, the speculation will become factual as landlords discover the impact.
