Covid-19 changes to housing market

I don't see a lot of mention about what's happening in the stock market and the slowing down of the economy right now

What effects do we expect to happen as a result of what's going on right now?

  • - Are we expecting a housing market crash?
  • - Will FHA loans and "House hacking" be effected for new investors?
  • - Will "saturated" markets now be more available?
  • - etc, etc.
