Just make sure you describe the road and suggest 4WD in your description and include pictures. 

Click through their listing and see how booked their calendar is, what are they charging, how good are their listing photos, how good is the interior design, how good is the listing description, what amenities do they offer, etc.

Normally on this letter you indicate the amount of Deposit you are holding; description of any pre-paid rent for the period; descriptions of deductions including a line item for the pro-rated rent; and if applicable pro-rated utility costs; cleaning or damage repairs per included invoice.

For example, a well drafted contract will have a time of commencement, time of completion, a detailed description of the work to be provided, how the work is to be paid for, when the work is to be paid for, insurance requirements and who provides and pays for the insurance, indemnity agreements, and much, much more.
