LTR NOW is an online platform for landlords who want to automate, digitize and verify rental history data.

There might be some room here to at least issue a statement from a lawyer which will get their attention and get someone on the phone.In the interim, you can start a VRBO or similar platform account to transfer any bookings to the platform.

Apartments.com and RentRedi have super easy platforms that they can transfer the money directly to your bank accounts.

I'd prefer to use social media platforms like facebook if that is an option. 

The digital media costs around $250 for pics and a website can be around $250/year, or you just use the platforms everybody does (Airbnb and VRBO).  

We currently use Evolve and they take 10% just for using their platform.

I am assuming there's a way to connect something like Zillow for example and have the ability to set a percentage of the Zillow value as your offer for each address but can't seem to find the platform that sets all this up.

List it on other platforms and you can increase your rental income.
