@Vladimir Fefer - I know a couple of wholesalers who went ahead and got their licenses - its the right thing to do to avoid trouble. 

I prefer to get educated prior to something happening instead of as it is happening.  

I prefer to do tasks once, learn the process, buy the materials (on rentals) then fix it.

In person learning can be great if that's your preferred learning style, but there are many online programs that will give you an abundance of information and the flexibility to go through the content at your own pace.

If you want someone to help you walk through listing your property, I can give you a couple names to companies that offer a service like that.
