Downside is you are building a restaurant brand concept from scratch and consumer base which takes a ton of time and resources.What I look for in a business is a partner split, owner with health issues, family that lives far away with health issues, owner has multiple businesses and they need to put resources toward that building instead of this one ( example one guy recently I talked to owns a Huddle House that throw off 6,000 a month profit.
