I am looking for a reputable title company in the Brooklyn/NYC area.

We also have online property records so I regularly do a search for properties taken over by the city.

The market will be stronger over the next few years as it takes time for the big reits and developers to get new units online to fill this demand.

Or how do you find the listing agent for listings you see online?

I have not worked the Youngstown market, its reputation is similar to Detroit.

I think I belong to the group online too.

I have a few reputable people that will write letters of recommendation.

I live in a smaller town so I want to be fair and establish a good relationship/reputation in the area.
