extremely distressed properties
I am a General contractor and as such I would love to find a property that has significant damage and code compliance issues. I feel this is where my value would shine. I am thinking homes that have been abandoned, vandalized, or been victim to a fire. Can anyone give any advice on the best way to find such houses?
