I bought it for 28k, put about 8k into it so I am all-in for around 38k with closing costs and it rents for $725, market rent is actually closer to $795. 

I have bought more than 75 homes and the most I have paid is $8500.

I bought it from them for $1 in 2017.

Bought a house with basement & am house hacking.

Hi Everyone,I live in Boston and I just bought two brand new build house in Salisburry North Carolina and I am looking for a property management company to manage these two rental properties.

Haven't bought a place yet, but I live about 30 mins north of Boston and have been looking to purchase a rental property in Providence because the greater Boston area has become pretty inflated.

And no, you can’t switch to adifferent agent now.You may think he’s making too much for 2-3 weeks worth of work.....would you offer to pay him extra if it took 2-3 months, or pay him something if you never bought anything.....I doubt it.  

I recently bought a condo in Hampton GA.

Bought a few deals in Wisconsin, and I used some of the recs previously mentioned here. 

But I know house up the street sold in similar but slightly better condition... and was bought by "cash investor" at 99k plus closing costs.
