This is really interesting because the property is already set up as 3 individual units with its own separate bathrooms and kitchens.I'm gonna try digging a little deeper to see what else I can find or if by some miracle it could actually be a 3 unit, because it would be a good investment property at that point and I've been looking for one for months, haha.
