frankly the KB example is really the issue with the American buyer.. so many just have no clue.. to blame the lender or seller because you did not pay our property tax's is a stretch..the tax collector would have sent the tax bill to you... unless the lender set up a separate escrow to pay them..

As far as a reliable contractor american contracting direct in honeybrook has been good to me.

We had the same problem with our own American Standard toilet in our master bathroom.  

While it is a great place to live, if your job forces you to commute to VA (by car), the traffic to get over the American Legion bridge is horrific.

I have, like many invested in education (bachelors/master) looking for my piece of the American dream.

I would think First American Title in Madison would be experienced.

You can keep the money in an american bank and fix & flip in the states, Bellingham perhaps.

American Express also has a good business credit card, just be cautious with the interest rate, and make sure you pay everything off before the real rate jumps up.
