I've replaced the flapper with a Korky flapper, took sandpaper and sanded around the hole. I got out some large chunks of lime. Yet, I'm still having issues with the toilet running. What else can I try, other than replacing the toilet?

@Julie Thevenow Worse case scenario, you wouldn't need a new toilet. Just replace the flush valve. They do wear out. Sometimes due to scale and such in the water.

You can try cleaning the valve some more.

After that. Korky does make some valve repair kits. Comes with a plastic valve seat and silicone sealant. Refreshes the valve seat so that the flapper gets a good seal.
