After reading some forum, I am considering house hacking on a MFH, but still having it partially manager by a property manager while i get my feet wet.

We've been trying both spray and one guy going after with a roller while the spray is still wet.  

Im wondering what options you all would recomend for someone looking to get their feet wet.

Start out with a deal or two to get your feet wet. 

For example, you may have a bunch of single families and are getting your feet wet with multi's in a new or different area - then you  may want to sell some of the singles to make the pivot.

I have not before but looking to do so.Lenders usually specialize initially until the get their feet wet.

For example, often fire damage is water damage--they put the red stuff out with wet stuff.
