@Mike Lee this is our third and fourth acquisition in the area, with our fifth closing next week.

Seems like a huge opportunity for all parties.

And it's also good for neighborhoods.As far as the financing part I am afraid you went way overboard with your LLCs and DBAs.

If you go with a 3rd party...start slowly with what you can afford to lose.   

Next week I have about 15 hours of work for that business and then I'm done for good.My third closing happened 4 months later in April and I'm in escrow for my fourth to close in June.  

I'm looking forward to providing me with a third income.

Managing an STR is a lot of work, odd hours, and able to show hospitality to everyone while holding fast to boundaries and weeding out the party groups.

The systems part is a must because if you don’t have rock solid systems it will turn into a mad house fast!
