We picked Orlando because the high rental rates, less issues with hurricane's, our son is an avid golfer and golf/flying in and out of Orlando is cheaper than other areas in Florida.

I'm very interested in wholesaling and am from Palo Alto in California.

I had a friend whose son/daughter-in-law did one of those shows.

So this guy always had to leave the job site in the early afternoon, along with his son, left their helper to finish up for the day.

I never paid attention until a tenant called me and said to have it removed because her son is buying a car so they need to park additional car behind her car. 

Has anyone ever accepted a parent who wants to pay the rent for their son who is attending school out of state?
