By having the list it helps you look ahead too so you ca schedule your trades with enough warning that you aren't waiting between trades (usually).

Find someone who is 5-10 years ahead of where you are and ask as many questions as possible, in my experience investors are always willing to chat with people who are as hungry for success as they are.
