Simple, people have thousands of dollars setting in their savings accounts, money market accounts etc... that are producing close to a zero percent interest rate.

I would be driving for dollars along with sending out mailers, and looking for a duplex to buy and hold in order to free up money to use for investing.I think that finding a duplex would solve some of my financial limitations with getting into investing, and doing the driving for dollars in the meantime may produce a deal as well.
