Besides the physical properties (which can be appraised), what other assets does the company own?

I have a degree in Physics, which means I can understand totally irrelevant concepts and do needlessly complicated math problems that show up nowhere in everyday life.  

You have to meet them first in some way (over the phone, physical meeting), they have to know who you are first just like in real life.

You are right, there usually is no need to physically meet with the world of technology we have.

A rent credit is easily forgotten as the renter never really "sees" it or "experiences" it physically. 

I expect that this online service would likely fall outside of those lenders' approved lists, at least for now.Also, this approach would produce a different physical end product than the traditional signature, stamp, and ID checking process.

The taxes were not paid for 2015 or 2016 and the only address listed is in the tax records is the homes physical address.
