NYC Agent looking to buy upstate
I have a considerable amount of money saved (30k) and am ready to start investing in property, specifically in Syracuse, NY or Ithaca, NY. Open to partnering.

Hello John,
Syracuse is a great place to invest because of the stable and affordable market. I've been working with a few investors for a several years now and it's been great, we've done a couple dozen deals - from flipping to renting. I grew up and live in Syracuse so the market is very familiar.
I'm also in the same boat as you, looking to start investing from my own pockets. Would love to connect with you or the investors I currently work with to help you enter the Syracuse market.
