Expanding my business

I am a real estate agent in Brooklyn NYC with Highline residential. I have rented two apartments in my first two months in the business however I am still learning ways to better myself as an agent. I would like to be able to put more money towards my advertising  and business. I decided to join postmates to raise money to invest in my self. I would like to know if this was a good idea or if I should just focus exclusively on real estate?
