Most real estate should be long term investments and daily income (which I think daily rentals are taxed higher as ordinary income and not passive).Good luck to you!

It's more dependent on price and appreciation and if you hold for under 12 months, any income is taxed higher and treated like ordinary income, not passive.Good luck to y'all!
