The higher the risk the higher the reward!

If my partner is doing appreciably more work, why shouldn't he get more reward?

Am I missing something (or) am I not searching for deals hard enough (or) investors who look for pure cash flow might take some risk thereby rewarding them with high returns sometimes?

I’ve sat through NUMEROUS investor seminars that pushes the “Golden Formula“ 70% of the ARV - Repairs = OfferFrom my understanding this approach doesn’t work when purchasing a property traditionally and through a realtor because homes are usually purchased as is and (with the exceptions of a few touch ups) for market value.

The damage that will be done to him by losing 50% is far greater than the reward he'll reap by increasing it 50%. 

I understand risk vs reward quite well but it's moot. 

No risk, no reward.
