The house sold for 310k but 73k was still owed and then the 30k medical bill from when my father passed and they loaded him up with all sorts of drugs that’s normally have killed him if he were alive.    

I really like Temple and Belton (Right on I35, great school districts, university, major medical center), but I would also look at Harker Heights (nicer submarket of Killeen).

Setting very near major Interstate Hwy, Downtown and Medical Center, private and commercial properties.
