Probate , capital gains tax ??’s

to start things off .  I’m in a serious debacle of losing everything I own and my kids own .  I’m currently out of work and still waiting to hear from any employer to get back to me.   I should have been expecting my probate payout next week to pay the storage bill. However the accountant said we have to pay the capital gains tax which now set it back 30 more days .  The house sold for 310k but 73k was still owed and then the 30k medical bill from when my father passed and they loaded him up with all sorts of drugs that’s normally have killed him if he were alive.    I can’t afford to go to court to try and get the money sooner .   What can I do?

What's confusing me is the fact that the CPA is saying it's getting set back 30 days to pay the capital gains... The closing attorney can normally hold that to be paid to the government and still disburse funds... Weird...
