I need to build an empire in a day... n the day was yesterday

I don't do this usually but I'm faced with a pretty heavy situation right now guys. I'm 33. My grandma has cancer that she's been fighting since I was eleven n now she has CLL on top of it. My grandpa is super concerned hes not going to be able to retire in time to be home with her. I'm the second in command, If you will. So I need to very quickly be able to afford to take over financially so he can retire, I'll need to be able to pay her hospital bills, and somehow do so in such a way that maybe I can still be putting something into my own life as well. Basically guys, I need to build an empire in a day, and that day was yesterday. She starts chemo in less that 72 hours. Realistically between living expenses food and the inevitable doctor bills I am going to have to pick up, I'll need to come up with nothing shy of an EXORBITANT amount of money in record time with little to no money for initial investment. I've bought a ton of books and invested money in some decent software. I've been doing non stop research for a month. Ijust haven't had the guts to jump on my first deal yet. I have no choice this literally HAS to work! And fast! Anyone who has ANY wisdom they could share with me, ideas on low money or no money down quick flips or really any advice WHATSOEVER that might help me it would be GREATLY appreciated. Every second counts n inaction on my part ends with pop still teaching class every day while she's doing the chemo thing.. not gonna happen. To be clear: I'm not in any way looking for hand outs, charity OR someone to do it for me. If that's what you have to offer I'm good. I just need to get real good at this real fast n waste as little time as possible making rookie mistakes. I've fully committed to real estate as my outlet to make this happen so Here goes nothing.
