What type of property are looking to inspect (residential, commercial, distressed, etc.) and what is the intended use of the property?

I'd be in one heck of a situation if I had all of my units go vacant for a month or two, and expect to have that money to pay expenses...and no safety net.However, what if you could take your side of the equity and find your feet. 

That says a lot to me, as long as she is aware of his past.

Of course, it would need to be non-owner occupied (investment property).

I currently have several properties for sale in flood-prone areas along the beaches of St.

However, I don't feel the majority of tenants are considering that when trying to find a place to live.

And of course find the project and run it through entitlements so I have something to contribute :)

Purchased as-is with the goal of long term hold and minimal work needed.
