yeah Fannie mae has limits and they are posted on the website. it's 75% LTV or 100% of HUD whichever is lower.loan limits change based on asset type and purchase intent, as usual, I suggest going through their lending pages to know what's what.

Inspections do vary from area to area, and inspector to inspector, but far more often than not, the owner is required to make repairs, even if it is obvious the tenant misused or intentionally caused the issue.

If it was just me I could ignore them but they are stomping on the floor and intentionally being loud and being rude to the guy below them so makes it tough to ignore.
