@Denny Robert sorry I tagged you wrong in my last reply (I was using my mobile).  

There is better cash flow with mobile homes (with land) but it can be harder to find good tenants and they generally require more maintainance.  

We'll see about how long it will really take since the old Kings won't give up their fortresses without a fight :-) but in the end the winds of change are shifting to push us forward into the direction the human race needs to go anyway - more temporary, versatile, sustainable, cheaper, mobile and modular living.The Elephant in the RoomA very interesting and sad documentary can be seen on Netflix or iTunes called "The Hunting Ground".

I have been reading up quite a bit on Mobile Home Parks the last 4 months while traveling through South America.

New to Phoenix and I have a few questions regarding manufactured/mobile homes.

I listen to the latest Mobile Home Park Investors podcast episode #31 about Using technology to manage your mobile home park.

This is part 2 of my question/issue of not getting an appraisal back yet on the sale of our mobile home (on land) even after the buyers paid $700 for an expedited appraisal.So my real estate agent contacted an attorney friend of hers to see what the options are and he told her that in Austin, mobile home loans are taking every bit of 60 days to close! 

Our group is composed of local, out-of-state, SFR, MF, live/work, mobile home park, office, and retail investors, developers, etc. 

I was wondering if any of the groups have discussions about mobile home park investing?
