Just a thought.Additionally, as you probably already know, if you've lived in your current home for 2 of the last 5 years, you may be able to sell without having to pay capital gains taxes of up to $500K if you and your wife file jointly.

Then finally I also invested in a couple of joint ventures with other investors to own smaller multifamily.

Buying this property jointly with an IRA would be considered a prohibited transaction.

By networking you will meet a lot of real estate professionals, get an understanding of what they do and build good genuine connections.

I would highly appreciate any genuine advice on how to find a legit person who will be willing to put effort and genuinely help, someone with big experience, who will not take advantage of you.
